We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Third in Charge/Room Leader . As the Third in Charge, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the management and operations of our childcare facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for early childhood education and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the childcare facility
- Supervise and support staff members in their roles
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety protocols
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for children
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Valid driver's license for transportation purposes
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to effectively manage and lead a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
