Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The role involves supporting the Nursery staff in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Term time only

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily care routines of children, including feeding, changing, and supervising playtime activities.
- Support the Nursery staff in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and positive environment.
- Maintain a clean and organised Nursery setting conducive to learning and play.
- Drive safeguarding practices by ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under your care.

- Reliable and energetic assistant

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Nursery or early childhood education setting is advantageous.
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively while demonstrating leadership skills.
- Proficient in Welsh language skills to communicate with children, parents, and staff members is desirable - Willing to train
- A genuine passion for working with young children and contributing to their learning journey.
