Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Bank Staff with a Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above, to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and education to young children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to support the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating atmosphere for children.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Support the management team in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team dynamic focused on delivering exceptional childcare. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

Skills

Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to engage effectively with children and parents. A genuine passion for childcare, demonstrating patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in working with young children. Pay: 12.21-12.80 per hour
