We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Bank Staff with a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification or above, to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and education to young children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to support the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating atmosphere for children.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Support the management team in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team dynamic focused on delivering exceptional childcare.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
Skills
Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to engage effectively with children and parents.

Qualifications
A
Level 2 or 3 qualification
in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent) -

Experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
Good understanding of child development, EYFS, and best practice in early years
Paediatric First Aid certificate , or
willingness to complete training (provided by us)
An
Enhanced DBS check
