Nursery Breakfast Assistant
Job Description
First Steps Nursery is seeking to employ a breakfast assistants to work within our nursery.
We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated and passionate individual who can provide consistently high standards, with a nurturing and loving nature.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to -
Serving breakfast to the children within one of nursery rooms.
Supporting the children with their personal development.
Creating strong links with parents and the extended family of the children in your care.
Ensuring a good understanding of safeguarding children, additional needs and Health and Safety within the workplace
In Nursery you will complete your allergy awareness course and food hygiene course so you are safety able to serve and feed breakfast to the children.
This position is for 10 hours a week working a shift of 7.15am - 9.15am Monday to Friday
First Steps Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share its commitment. Successful applicants are subject to an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service at the cost of the applicant
