Nursery Chef - Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery, Enfield

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Enfield is seeking a dedicated

Nursery Chef

to join our friendly, family-focused setting, located close to Enfield Town. This is a rewarding role where you will play a vital part in supporting the health, wellbeing, and happiness of our children and their families.

The Role

Prepare

lunch, tea, and snacks

for up to

55 children per day

Work to a nursery menu, with input into menu planning Follow

company policies, Ofsted guidelines, and food safety procedures

Manage kitchen health & safety and food hygiene standards Ensure strict compliance with

dietary requirements and food allergies

Monitor budgets and maintain an organised, efficient kitchen

Hours:

All year round Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 08:30 - 17:30

Requirements

Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (or higher) Experience in a nursery, childcare, or similar setting (preferred) Proven understanding of food allergies and special dietary needs Experience achieving and maintaining

5-star food hygiene standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
