Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Monitor levels of stick/ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Maintain a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and communication among staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for cooking. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour
