Nursery Childcare Lead

What will you be doing?

Supporting Our Brilliant Team and Rooms

: You'll play a key role in developing our dedicated staff and creating areas where children flourish through learning and play.

Designing a Safe and Inspiring Space

: You'll contribute to maintaining environments that spark imagination, exploration, and a passion for discovery.

Communicating with Parents and Carers

: Keeping families informed about their child's progress and experiences throughout their journey with us.

Influencing the Future of Early Years

: You'll help shape and refine our curriculum, policies, and practices to ensure we remain leaders in the field.

Leading Curriculum Planning

: Overseeing effective Early Years planning aligned with EYFS standards and beyond.

Mentoring and Motivating Staff

: You'll recognise development needs, lead training sessions, and encourage peer learning across the team. After all, learning is better together!
