Nursery Cook
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced cook to join our nursery team. The role involves preparing snacks and meals from a set menu for the children in the nursery. Working hours are 7.30am - 1.15pm, Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience preparing and cooking healthy meals
Have experience working around allergies.
Completing paperwork for the kitchen
Undertake simple stock control, reporting goods to be ordered to the management team to ensure adequate supplies are maintained.
Undertake the cleaning of the kitchen and surrounding areas and of equipment to ensure the kitchen is maintained to a high level.
Must hold at least a Level 2 in Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering.
The successful candidate will be subject to an Access NI check.
