Cover Nursery Manager

Salary: 40,000pa

Hours: 45 per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to cover our Wokingham nursery until the end of 2025 and then to provide cover for our other nurseries on a one year fixed term contract.

Your Role as Nursery Manager

As Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children. You will ensure high standards of care, lead the nursery's curriculum, and build strong relationships with parents and the local community.

What We Are Looking For:

A qualified and experienced Nursery Manager (Minimum Level 3 in Childcare) Strong leadership skills with experience in team management A passion for early childhood education and development Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety standards
