About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall leadership of the nursery. Responsibilities include:

Assisting in the day-to-day management of the setting to ensure smooth operations Leading and mentoring early years staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive culture Supporting the planning and delivery of an engaging curriculum in line with the EYFS Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and statutory frameworks Building strong relationships with families, offering consistent communication and support Contributing to staff rota planning, recruitment and budget-related tasks Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for all children

What You'll Need:

A

Level 3 qualification or above

in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential) Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in an early years setting Strong knowledge of the

EYFS framework

and early years legislation Ability to lead, motivate and support a team Excellent communication and organisational skills A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and education
