We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team as Room Leader. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to ensure the smooth running of the room Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children Supervise and support children during all activities Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care and education provided

Skills and Qualifications:

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above Experience in an educational setting with young children Strong communication skills in English Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Enthusiasm for creating a fun and engaging learning environment

Pay: 29,000.00-33,000.00 per year
