Your main role and responsibilities will be to:
Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations
Help lead and develop a team of enthusiastic practitioners
Ensure compliance with all Ofsted, safeguarding, and EYFS standards
Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff
Step up as acting Manager when required
What We're Looking For:
Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years
Experienced in a supervisory or senior role within a nursery setting
Confident in implementing the EYFS and managing safeguarding practices
Organised, motivated, and a great communicator
Committed to creating a positive, supportive learning environment
