Deputy Manager



Location: Bath

Salary: From 30,450 dependent on qualifications and experience.

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent - 37hr per week

We are a Reggio inspired, mixed aged, free-flow, Ofsted Outstanding nursery.



About the role



As Deputy Manager, you will be at the heart of our nursery, leading by example and contributing to the growth and development of our young children. Your responsibilities will include:

Inspiring Excellence

: Enable an environment where each child flourishes, ensuring their individual needs are met and their progress celebrated.

Guiding the Team

: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated people, nurturing their talents and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Learning:

You'll get to collaborate with colleagues to design engaging and innovative opportunities for our young children.

Partnership Working

: Interact with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement in their child's educational journey.

Creative thinking

: With the ability to design and implement captivating opportunities that cater to diverse learning styles.

What's next?



Applicants must have a level three (or higher) qualification in childcare, a genuine interest in working with and helping the development and education of young children. Leadership experience is preferred, but we will consider applicants aspiring to progress in their career.
