The Croft nursery is looking for an experienced nursery deputy manager to join their team in Bexleyheath.

This position is office based, but you will be floating around the rooms modelling good practise and completing office tasks.

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a relevant level 3 childcare qualification Have 3 years childcare experience Be energetic and fun Have a real love and drive for working with and educating children Have a good understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted and Safeguarding Be happy to up-skill and improve their learning

The Role Involves:

Ensuring all children under our care feel engaged and supported Supporting the team within the setting Maintaining the highest standards This is a full-time position, working 42.5 hours a week

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Certificate and Early Years references.
