Are you a passionate leader with a vision for early learning excellence?

bambooh is seeking a superstar Early Years Setting Deputy Manager to spearhead our setting in Bicester!

In this role, you'll:

Shape the future: Provide strategic direction and ensure the setting aligns with the EYFS framework and Bambooh Academies' core values. Lead the team: Motivate and develop a team of qualified early years practitioners, building a positive and collaborative work environment. Nurture young minds: Develop and implement a stimulating curriculum that caters to all areas of child development. Champion safety: Oversee all health & safety protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment. Build strong relationships: Collaborate with parents/carers, external agencies, and the local community.
Do you have the following?

Early Years Teacher Qualification (EYTQ) or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within an early years setting. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework. Strong leadership and management skills. The ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to safeguarding and child protection. A passion for early years education and a strong understanding of child development. Excellent organisational and planning skills. IT literate.
