We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Deputy Manager to work full time as part of our dedicated and friendly nursery team. It is our vision to create a nursery full of smiles. Key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the children are safe at all times of the day
Building positive and respectful partnerships with parents

Be supportive of the continuous development of the nursery
Always adhering to all policies and procedures and having a key role in the implementation and continual development of them
Work in ratio across the nursery modelling best practice and supporting staff
Co-ordinate the staff on a day-to-day basis and overseeing the care of the children
Engage in high quality, in the moment extensions and observations
Maintaining a high quality of care to all the children
Upholding the team's collaborative approach to the running of the nursery
Support the Nursery management team with rotas, annual leave bookings and administrative tasks

We are offering an in person,

38 hours per week
, this will consist of 4 full days, 8am-6pm.
Hourly rate:
Ranging from 15 - 15.60 per hour dependent on qualification and experience.
You must hold a Level 3 or above full and relevant Early Years qualification. Level 6 desirable.
