We're looking for an inspiring, hands-on Deputy Manager to join our brand-new nursery in Binfield, opening early 2026!

About the Role...
This is full-time, perfect for an experienced deputy manager or a confident Room Leader.
You'll work closely with our Nursery Manager and director to lead a passionate team, support daily operations, and make sure every child receives the highest standard of care and education in a warm, nurturing environment.

What You'll Bring...
Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Leadership experience -- or the ambition to grow into it
A solid understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice
A caring, positive attitude and genuine love for what you do
Great communication skills and the confidence to lead by example
What You'll Do...
Inspire, mentor, and motivate your team
Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day running and staff supervision
Take the lead in the Manager's absence
Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with EYFS and Ofsted
Build strong, trusted relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Help bring our new setting to life through parent engagement and local initiatives
