Nursery Deputy Manager
We are looking for an inspiring Nursery Deputy Manager to lead with passion and integrity, ensuring the setting continues to provide outstanding early years education and care. You will be the driving force behind a nurturing, family-focused environment, supporting children's development, building strong parent partnerships, and guiding a dedicated and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire your team with warmth and professionalism
Create a positive culture where staff feel valued and supported
Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth and safe operations
Maintain compliance with the EYFS, safeguarding, and statutory frameworks
Confidently lead Ofsted preparation and inspections
Deliver a child-led curriculum that supports holistic development
Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers
Champion safeguarding, ensuring concerns are acted upon promptly
Recruit, nurture, and retain a strong, professional team
Manage staffing, rotas, records, and policies with accuracy
Person Specification
Minimum Level 3 (full and relevant) Early Years Qualification
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grades 9-4 or equivalent)
At least 2 years' experience working in an early years setting
Experience as a Leader
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice
Excellent communication skills with staff, children, and parents
Calm, caring, reliable, and enthusiastic nature
