Job Title- Nursery Deputy Manager (preschool Term Time Only)
Hours- 40 hours- Mon to Friday
Location- Cranham
Pay- up to 36,000

Overview
Proven management experience within a childcare or nursery setting Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide staff teams Experience working directly with children, in nursery or early childhood education environments Knowledge of child development principles and early learning frameworks Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Childcare qualifications min NVQ Level 3 in Childcare Ability to organise tasks efficiently whilst maintaining a nurturing approach towards children and colleagues
