We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to oversee the operations and staff of our nursery facility. The ideal candidate will manage and drive the daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality childcare services while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the nursery, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Oversee the implementation of educational programs and activities for children
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursery staff to promote professional development
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursery to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Nursery setting or similar childcare environment
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team
- Knowledge of Early childhood education, principles and practices
