The Role:


As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, working alongside the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our nursery. Your role will cover a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Team Leadership:


Support the Nursery Manager in directing and motivating our passionate team of educators, ensuring high-quality care and learning.

Day-to-Day Operations:


Assist with managing nursery operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining exceptional standards.

Curriculum Support:


Help design and implement a dynamic, imaginative curriculum that nurtures the individual development of each child.

Family Engagement:


Build strong, respectful relationships with parents, ensuring open and effective communication about their child's journey.

Safety & Standards:


Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming environment, following all health and safety procedures.

About You:


We are seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager who is enthusiastic about early years education and brings creativity, drive, and leadership to our setting. The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications:


A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent), with comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Experience:


Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory position within an early years setting.

Team Leadership:


Strong organisational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to guide and uplift a team.

People Skills:


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with children, staff, and families.

Commitment:


A genuine passion for early years and a commitment to excellence in education and care.
