What We're Looking For

Level 3 or above childcare qualification Experience in Nursery Management or strong leadership experience as a Deputy In-depth knowledge of

EYFS

and safeguarding A people-focused leader who can motivate, guide and support a brilliant team Someone enthusiastic, organised and ready to help shape our nursery's success

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Lead and support staff in implementing early childhood education programs and activities. Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to promote a cohesive team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursery policies.

Just 2 minutes away from Leytonstone station Paid parking available for managers Full-time, all-year-round role (40 hours per week)
