We're looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and motivated professional to join our thriving, home-from-home nursery as a Level 3 Practitioner stepping into a Deputy Manager role for Maternity Cover, with the exciting possibility of moving into a permanent senior position afterwards.

About Us

We are a busy, welcoming nursery open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm (51 weeks a year). Our setting is known for its caring atmosphere, strong team spirit, and genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will:

Support the Manager day-to-day and lead in their absence Be a positive role model and team leader Help maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and EYFS practice Bring energy, creativity, and confidence to the role Support the team while developing your own leadership skills

Who We're Looking For

Level 3 or above in Early Years
Some experience in a senior or supervisory role (or ready to step up!)
A fun, self-motivated leader with a passion for childcare
Someone who loves seeing children thrive and wants to grow professionally
