Being the go-to person for staff, children, and families - building strong relationships and making everyone feel welcome and heard. Helping design and deliver brilliant educational programmes tailored to each child's unique journey. Supporting ongoing staff development and ensuring everyone has the tools and confidence to shine.
What We're Looking For

A passionate and experienced leader from an early years background. Someone with energy, ideas, and the confidence to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. Strong communication skills - someone who can chat easily with children, parents, and fellow staff. A relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or higher) and experience managing or leading in a childcare setting. Organised, proactive, and ready to embrace the fun and chaos of a new adventure! Experience working with children, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and development stages.
We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Any appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and the receipt of suitable references.
