Support the Manager in daily operations and maintaining smooth workflow.
Ensure children's safety, care, welfare, and happiness at all times.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework.
Train, guide, and support staff on policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching where needed.
Ensure all children have continual access to quality resources, activities, and learning opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with the nursery team.
Full-time, all-year-round role (50 weeks per year).
