We're looking for a

Deputy Nursery Manager

who's ready to bring joy, structure, and sparkle to our nursery! This is your chance to step into a key leadership role where you'll shape young minds, inspire your team, and make magic happen every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the nursery Leading by example to create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment Mentoring and motivating an amazing team of Early Years Practitioners Taking charge in the Manager's absence--cool, calm, collected (and maybe with a bit of glitter on your sleeve) Building brilliant relationships with children, parents, and staff Ensuring top-quality care and EYFS learning that's as fun as it is effective Keeping everything compliant, from safeguarding to snack time
About You

Level 3 or above in Early Years Education and Childcare (a must!) Experience in a leadership or senior practitioner role Confident, caring, and calm under pressure (even during a glitter explosion) A passion for early years development and a belief in learning through play Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding best practice A team player who leads with positivity, empathy, and enthusiasm
