Your Role

As

Deputy Manager

, you'll be the right hand to our Nursery Manager -- a confident and supportive leader who helps guide, inspire and motivate our team. You'll bring creativity, structure, and a sense of fun to everything you do!

You'll be:

Leading and supporting your team to deliver high-quality care and exciting learning opportunities Championing the EYFS framework, ensuring planning and assessment are engaging and meaningful Building positive relationships with children, families, and your team Helping to maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance, and organisation Bringing fresh ideas, energy and enthusiasm to nursery life every single day!

What We're Looking For

A

Level 3 (or above)

qualification in Early Years

Leadership or room leader experience

-- someone who can inspire others and lead by example A

real passion for the EYFS

and creating playful, purposeful learning experiences Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills A "can-do" attitude, a warm smile, and a love of glitter (optional but encouraged!)

Pay: 26,500.00-27,500.00 per year
