Your Role as Deputy Manager

Support the Nursery Manager in day-to-day operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely. Lead, inspire and support our brilliant staff team, fostering collaboration and positivity. Oversee engaging learning opportunities that support children's growth and development. Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them connected with their child's journey. Ensure every child is safe, happy, and thriving in our care. Champion staff development, helping your team learn and grow just like our little stars! Manage key administrative tasks, ensuring high standards and compliance with childcare regulations.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a management or leadership role within a childcare setting. Qualifications or strong background in early childhood education. Great communication skills -- both spoken and written -- with the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues. A proactive, positive approach and a genuine love for helping children (and staff!) flourish. A valid driving licence would be an advantage.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
