Your Role

As

Deputy Manager

, you'll be a hands-on leader who supports, inspires and motivates your team to deliver high-quality care and learning. You'll help shape a nurturing environment where both children and staff thrive.

You'll be:

Supporting and leading the team to deliver exceptional EYFS practice Driving quality, compliance and safeguarding standards Building strong relationships with families and your team Planning exciting, engaging activities that spark imagination Bringing passion, positivity and creativity to nursery life every day
What We're Looking For

A

Level 3 (or above)

qualification in Early Years

Leadership or room leader experience

-- someone who leads by example A strong understanding of the

EYFS

and a love for creating inspiring learning experiences Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills A positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children

Pay: 26,500.00-28,000.00 per year
