Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily nursery management and staff supervision
Mentor, support, and appraise staff
Plan and deliver engaging activities for children
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Help achieve nursery targets and occupancy goals
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years
Previous leadership experience in a nursery
Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Positive, approachable, and reliable
