About the Role

As

Deputy Nursery Manager

, you'll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead our dynamic new team. You will:

Oversee daily operations and drive the development of the nursery Inspire and support a team of dedicated early years practitioners Deliver inclusive, child-centred learning experiences Foster strong, positive relationships with families and professionals Champion staff development and continuous improvement
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years Childcare (DfE-recognised) A confident, compassionate leader with a collaborative approach Deeply committed to inclusive education and early childhood development Experience or training in SEND is an advantage, but not essential
