Are you a Nursery Deputy Manager looking for an exciting new role? Or are you an experienced Room Leader with management skills looking for a step up?

I am recruiting for a permanent Deputy Manager for a lovely nursery setting I am working with in the Urmston area.

They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and can inspire and motivate the team.

The Role

• Ensure the highest standards of childcare are delivered at the setting alongside the Nursery Manager
• Take charge of the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager
• Instilling a love of learning to the educator team and children in your care
• Delivers high setting occupancy, promoting the setting and attracting the highest quality of educators
• Leads the educator team and promotes company values
• Creating an effective parent partnership by creating longstanding relations

Role Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent
• Experience in a leadership role including Deputy or Room Leader
• Understanding of special educational needs and equality of opportunity
• Experience with nursery administration to support the Manager
• Passionate about delivering high standards of childcare
