We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our passionate team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their early years career and play a key leadership role in a supportive and forward-thinking setting.
Responsibilities:
Support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the nursery.
Lead and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
Build strong relationships with families, staff, and external agencies.
Contribute to staff development, recruitment, and training.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education.
Previous experience in a leadership or senior practitioner role.
Confident, organised, and able to motivate and support a team.
Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (can be applied for on offer)
