Our client is a fairly new nursery currently in its growth phase and is seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to support the continued development of the setting.

The Role
Reporting to the Nursery Manager, the Deputy Manager will support the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and compliance are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Nursery Manager with daily operational management
Lead, support, and motivate the staff team
Ensure EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements are met
Support staff performance, supervision, and development
Build positive relationships with parents and external professionals
Act as Manager in the Manager's absence
The Ideal Candidate
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Room Leader, or Senior Practitioner
Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
Confident leadership and strong organisational skills
Proactive, reliable, and professional approach
Enthusiastic about joining a growing nursery
