Key Terms & Conditions
Salary: 32,760- 35,360 per annum (dependent on experience and size of setting)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week, including paid breaks
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you will need:
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
Experience working in a Good or Outstanding nursery, with Lead or Deputy experience
A strong and confident knowledge of the EYFS framework
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, people-first approach
A genuine passion for giving young children the best possible start in life
