Now Recruiting at Our Expanding Nursery

Be part of something special - with opportunities to progress and a 1,000 incentive bonus

Set at the end of a very long driveway on the edge of Chipping Norton, Rosewood Nursery is tucked away in a beautiful period property that once served as the local registry office. Today, it has been transformed into a calm and nurturing home away from home for both children and staff. With large, spacious rooms, high-quality wooden furniture, and thoughtfully designed environments, our nursery is a place where children flourish, and practitioners feel valued.

We are proud to be an independent setting with owners who genuinely care. At Rosewood, we believe that when staff feel happy, respected and supported, this naturally shines through in the care and experiences we offer our children. Our team is warm, diverse and full of individual strengths. Everyone is appreciated for what they bring, and each person plays a meaningful part in the daily life of the nursery.

As we prepare for our next phase of growth, which includes expanding into new areas of our building to create dedicated spaces for our two-year-olds, we are seeking caring, reflective, and motivated individuals to join us.

Whether you are just beginning your childcare journey, returning to early years after time away, or looking for a setting where you can grow and make a real difference, this could be the perfect time to join us.

About our practice

We have created a unique and diverse curriculum that guides our setting throughout the year, supporting meaningful learning and consistent practice. Rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage and the Development Matters framework, our approach is child-centred, playful and responsive to each individual. We aim for every child to leave nursery each day feeling confident, capable and deeply valued.

Some of the children in our care may one day become scientists, artists, engineers or community leaders. Some may face challenges that require extra care and attention. We support all children to feel seen, heard and supported to achieve their potential. We value diversity, champion inclusion and work in close partnership with families and professionals to give every child the very best start.

Safeguarding is at the heart of our work. Every member of our team shares responsibility for protecting children and following the guidance of the Oxfordshire Safeguarding Children Partnership. Regular training, reflection and supervision ensure that safeguarding remains a priority at all times.

We believe in growing talent from within and offer a range of opportunities for training and development, including:
