What We're Looking For:

Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education

Proven experience working in childcare or nursery settings

Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues

A solid understanding of early childhood education principles

A passion for creating enriching and inspiring learning experiences

Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and well-being

Plan and lead engaging, play-based activities that support early development

Communicate warmly and effectively with children, families, and team members

Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating nursery environment in line with health and safety standards

Support the management team by mentoring junior staff and fostering a positive team spirit
