The Role:

As our Forest School Lead, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging Forest School sessions for the children Lead activities that support holistic development, including risk-taking, problem-solving, and teamwork Ensure the highest standards of safety and safeguarding in an outdoor setting Work closely with parents, carers, and the wider early years team to support each child's learning journey Promote an inclusive, respectful, and adventurous ethos in all that you do

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification (or equivalent)

Early Years Level 3 (or above) qualification

Experience working with young children in an outdoor setting Strong understanding of EYFS and child-led learning First Aid certification (including paediatric preferred) A love for nature, creativity, and muddy boots!
