We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within our nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a proactive individual who values cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism. Experience in caregiving or working with children is a plus, but not mandatory. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure safety for children, adults, self and visitors. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Adhere to scheduling requirements and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes

Requirements

Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks promptly Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus Experience working with children or in childcare settings (such as preschool experience, daycare, or babysitting) is beneficial but not mandatory
