We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager / Early Years Manager / Childcare Manager to join our friendly nursery in Streatham, South West London (SW16).

35,000 - 40,000 per year

(depending on qualifications & experience).

4-day working week

About the Role

Lead a team of 7 nursery staff. Manage the

day-to-day running of the nursery

. Ensure compliance with

Ofsted, EYFS and safeguarding regulations

. Build strong relationships with parents and staff. Create a fun, safe and nurturing childcare environment.
This role suits an

experienced Deputy Nursery Manager

looking for a promotion, or a current Nursery Manager wanting a fresh challenge.

Candidate Requirements

:

A

minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification

(full and relevant). Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager Knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS curriculum and Ofsted standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A genuine passion for early years education. Eligibility to work in the UK.
