Duties

As

Nursery Manager

, you will:

Model the behaviours that contribute to our staff's exceptional levels of wellbeing at work. Lead and support a dedicated team, promoting a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and reflective practice. Ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. Embed and champion the Reggio Emilia approach throughout the nursery. Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Build strong, trusting partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community. Prioritise the safety of children in our setting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
