Location: Oxfordshire (covering Oxford and Bicester areas)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Up to 50,000 per annum

We're looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join us as a Centre Director across the beautiful Oxfordshire region -- supporting four Oxford nurseries and two in Bicester. What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, coach, and develop nursery teams to deliver exceptional childcare and education.
• Ensure compliance with all EYFS, safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements.
• Monitor nursery performance, drive occupancy, and champion parent partnerships.
• Oversee staffing, financials, recruitment, and day-to-day operational excellence.
• Provide support across locations and be a visible, hands-on leader when needed.

Required Qualifications:
About you:

• We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
• You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
