experienced and passionate nursery manager

to lead our wonderful team in B29 7HA.

Key Objectives

Empower your team to deliver

rich, exciting learning opportunities

for every child. Lead proactively in line with the

Early Years Framework

. Ensure effective planning and assessment for individual children. Role-model high-quality interactions and foster an enthusiasm for learning. Support staff in understanding their responsibilities and delivering outstanding care. Mentor, train and inspire your team to grow in confidence and skill. Oversee the

day-to-day operations

of the nursery with professionalism and care.
What We're Looking For

At least

1 year's experience within a senior role

. A minimum of

4 years' experience in a nursery setting

. A full and relevant

Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)

held for at least 3 years. A proven track record of

exceptional childcare and leadership

. Excellent

communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

. A genuine passion for giving children the

best start in life

.
The Essentials

Childcare: Minimum 3 years (Required) Management: Minimum 1 year (Required) Licence: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (Required) All positions are subject to enhanced DBS and reference checks.*
