We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring
Nursery Manager
to lead our setting. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of early years education and care whilst fostering a positive environment for both children and staff. Join us in making a meaningful difference in early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily running of the setting, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children.
Support and mentor staff to deliver outstanding early years practice.
Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
Manage staffing, training, rotas, and recruitment.
Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.
About you:
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ or Early Years Degree desirable).
At least 5 years' experience working with children under 5, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
Passionate about supporting children's development and inspiring your team.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
