Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Manager to lead a thriving team in a brand-new purpose-built setting. We will provide you with a child-centred environment that values innovation and play-based learning. Your role will involve leading and inspiring your team on the floor, while also having the support of a strong back-office team to help with the administrative side of running the nursery. The ideal candidate has experience leading a nursery and a passion for early years education and the outdoors and will ensure the highest standards of care and education for children aged 4 months to 5 years.

About you



Experienced Leader:

A proven track record of managing a nursery or early years setting, with experience as a deputy manager or room leader. You will have the ability to adapt quickly to changes, be flexible and use your initiative on a daily basis.

Passionate:

A strong passion for early years education and the outdoors.

Skilled:

You will be a natural leader with strong decision-making and staff development skills.

Qualified:

You will hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification or QTS.

Hours: 38 hours over four days per week
Location: Broadstone, Dorset
