Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our bilingual team at Babinogion Caernarfon. If you love working with children, speaking Welsh, and leading a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you!
What you'll be doing:
o??Overseeing the daily operations of the nursery
o??Leading and motivating a friendly team
o??Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children
o??Working closely with parents to support each child's development
o??Promoting and encouraging Welsh language throughout the nursery
What we're looking for:
o??Fluent in Welsh (both spoken and written)
o??Level 3 qualification in Early Years
o??Level 3 in Playwork (or willing to complete the training)
o??Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
o??Strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education
