Senior Leadership Role | Growing Early Years Setting
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Nursery Manager to provide strong leadership within our early years setting. Open for less than a year and employing around 20 staff, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the culture, standards, and future direction of a growing nursery.
This role is ideal for a confident leader who combines strategic oversight with a hands-on approach and is passionate about delivering high-quality early years provision.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery
Ensuring high standards of practice in line with the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Leading, motivating, and developing a professional staff team
Driving continuous improvement and quality across the setting
Building strong relationships with families and professionals
About You
Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
(or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of the EYFS
A passion for high standards and leading by example
Confident, approachable, and hands-on leadership style
Basic HR knowledge an advantage
