We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our large, friendly nursery in Carshalton.

Salary: Up to 40,000 per year (depending on experience/qualifications) Hours: 40-45 hours per week, Monday-Friday | Shifts between 7:30am-6:00pm Permanent, all-year-round

Responsibilities

Lead, support, and develop the nursery team Ensure full regulatory and safeguarding compliance Oversee high-quality educational programmes Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff Manage budgets, resources, and daily operations

About You

Previous experience as a Deputy or Nursery Manager Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification Strong leadership and team-management skills Passionate about early years development Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety Eligible to work in the UK
