Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations within a vibrant early childhood education setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a passion for fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role involves coordinating staff, engaging with families, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services. The Nursery Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining organisational standards and promoting the development and well-being of children under our care.

Requirements

Proven management experience within a childcare or nursery setting. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Experience working directly with children, demonstrating understanding of child development principles. Knowledge of early childhood education frameworks and childcare regulations. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Min- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare are essential. Valid driving licence is desirable for operational flexibility. Passionate about providing exceptional childcare services with a caring attitude towards children's and staff needs. Organised with the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
